Cambridge Assessment

As a long-term employer in the City, and a responsible neighbour, Cambridge Assessment is committed to delivering plans of the highest quality that are sensitive to the site’s surroundings.

As such, community relations has been, and continues to be, a vital part of design development.

A Triangle Residents’ Forum has been set up by Cambridge Assessment, which meets every three months . This is for residents of Accordia, Kaleidoscope and the Brooklands Avenue area. If you live within one of these residents association areas and are interested in finding out more or are from another local residents’ association and would like to get involved please contact Cambridge Assessment through its community engagement team. Contact details are provided at the bottom of the page.

The purpose of the Forum is:

  • Facilitate a productive and neighbourly relationship between Cambridge Assessment and local residents to deliver ideas and solutions to issues discussed
  • Ensure residents’ input into evolution of plans for both the construction phase and ongoing through into occupation
  • Provide the opportunity for residents’ issues to be reported and resolved
  • Give early warning by Cambridge Assessment of any potential disruptions so these can be minimised
  • Ensure awareness by all of development programme i.e. what is happening when
  • Facilitate widespread engagement with all local residents.
